I had a regular mani/pedi here and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Previously I had a couple of decent experiences with this salon but not this time. She cut 3 of my cuticles bad enough to bleed and then applied something to them that burned, I had to ask repeatedly for her to wipe it off. She took a long time to paint my nails because she kept making mistakes and starting over. Had a great experience with Tammy. She got my stiletto acrylic nails just right.
My did such a good job on my nails! She was very meticulous with removing the previous shellac, cleaning up my cuticles, & ensuring I liked how she painted my french tips. It was my first visit & I will be back!
I’ve been a loyal customer at White Lotus Bothell, in fact I’ve left them many glowing reviews. Today I made an appointment through their online system. They called back to cancel my appointments because neither techs perform the services (manicure and pedicure). This is disappointing as the only issues I’ve had with this location is scheduling. At this point I won’t be returning and will find a consistent salon that helps to accommodate rather than just changing things last minute.
