-1 star because I have bad luck with having to wait when I book appointments. Not a good experience to wait 20 minutes for someone’s “emergency appt” when you book the first appt of the day. Amazing skill. Updated review: came today 7/28/25 and got the express gel manicure. The lighting was not good for checking the details and my nail technician was clearly sick with a very runny nose. At least they didn’t paint over my cuticle but they didn’t go over my whole nail. I feel like I shouldn’t have to check their work.
I had a regular mani/pedi here and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Previously I had a couple of decent experiences with this salon but not this time. She cut 3 of my cuticles bad enough to bleed and then applied something to them that burned, I had to ask repeatedly for her to wipe it off. She took a long time to paint my nails because she kept making mistakes and starting over. The appointment time was booked for 1 hr 15 min but I was there for over 2 hours, mostly because the manicure took so long. The massages were brief ... read more
