Don't deserve any star at all. We hired them over the phone, to do our leaves. Never showed up, and never answered the phone a couple of times after. We are disabled, and my husband has a severe back injury to boot, and to treat people like this is what this company did. Now, because we waited for this company to do them, we haven't been able to get anyone else to help. No one wants to do leaves now. They put us in a bind, and it's disgusting.
