This is the best customer service I have ever experienced, I sent an email Sunday morning, received an email back within 10 minutes, I sent my gun to them Monday and I received it back Saturday, it was less then a week, I sent my barracuda AR-15 back to them cause they needed to fine tune it, they fixed it and the weapon ran flawlessly, I absolutely love this rifle, one of my favorite guns I own.
