I CANNOT explain how GREAT Josh at White Knoll Heating & Cooling is. For the second time in the 6 years I’ve had my home, he’s come through in an emergency. We hired him to replace our HVAC capacitor (possibly) and inspect our older system. He arrived on time (actually earlier than expected because of the July the 4th holiday) explained the diagnosis clearly, and gave us repair versus replacement options without pressure. 5 stars June 28, 2026 After two other companies quoted me $20,000 to $23,000 for what they claimed I needed, I called White Knoll Heating & Cooling. Josh, the owner, came out, quickly diagnosed the actual problem, replaced the capacitor, and cleaned the coils. Total cost: $200. The other companies had me paying for hotel stays while trying to sell me a full system replacement I didn’t need. Josh and his team are awesome they got the call and in 2 days we were up and running. The company that installed it with warranty was really a no show. We have health problems and had to suffer for 2 weeks not fair at all. Josh and his team are now our go to guys. If you in need of help I would suggest giving them a call.
