My mom’s A/C stopped working without any warning, and she called White Knoll Heating & Cooling on a Thursday afternoon. By early Friday morning, Josh was already onsite assessing the issue. From the moment the staff answered the phone, they were straightforward, honest, and focused on getting her unit properly cleaned and running again. Josh and the entire team were incredibly pleasant to work with - responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to helping. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

I CANNOT explain how GREAT Josh at White Knoll Heating & Cooling is. For the second time in the 6 years I’ve had my home, he’s come through in an emergency. We hired him to replace our HVAC capacitor (possibly) and inspect our older system. He arrived on time (actually earlier than expected because of the July the 4th holiday) explained the diagnosis clearly, and gave us repair versus replacement options without pressure. 5 stars June 28, 2026 After two other companies quoted me $20,000 to $23,000 for what they claimed I needed, I called White Knoll Heating & Cooling. Josh, the owner, came out, quickly diagnosed the actual problem, replaced the capacitor, and cleaned the coils. Total cost: $200. The other companies had me paying for hotel stays while trying to sell me a full system replacement I didn’t need.
