called to schedule my son an appointment over a month ago - he couldn't get in until March so I understood that and said that I would make him an appointment some where else since he wouldn't be home from college in March - I was told that if he went somewhere else then he couldn't come back to white knoll dentistry - so I did just that. Got my son and myself a new dentist in Lexington now. My advice -this is something u should not say to a patient, if that is your policy i understand but i think a different choice of word... read more
I would never recomend this dentist. my husband went there to get a tooth pulled they told him he had to pay before he left he split the bill half cash half credit card. now a year later we are getting phone calls saying we never paid the bill.
Recommendedthe staff was great. They never judge me for not going to the dentist in a long time. they were so nice to Hunter.
The entire staff treats you like family. The dental hygienists are awesome and so are the dentists
The best dentist we have been to. My son is had autism and sensory and Heather And the staff and the doctors are amazing!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the work I’ve had done in this office. Still have more to do (pregnancy took a toll on my teeth). The staff is al so sweet and genuine. It actually seems like everyone there is a family. I’ve had very short to no waits on my appointments. I just had a chipped tooth repaired by Dr. Melissa Backman and you cannot even tell there was ever a chip or a repair done.
