I had an outstanding experience with this pest control technician ( Freddy ) . He was professional, friendly, and extremely patient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment process. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail. This is the worst scam ever. They have BS contracts and are very unprofessional and rude. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They charged me $300 to get rid of them because I didn’t “decline the new contract” that they never sent me and that I knew nothing about. Such a scam. Hiring them was the worst decision.
