Explained the service and answered all questions. Thorough work. Made suggestions about how to minimize rodent problems. Very pleased.

This company has horrible customer service. I've called and emailed them multiple times requesting CANCELATION of services. They route my call to different departments claiming they will assist me with my request and I never get resolution. I get the runaround and tell me they will have someone return my call as all their representatives are busy, they never call me back!
