They attempted to con people out there money they knocked on your door tell you they cut you all type of discounts but the moment you attempt end services with them they try to charge your card for all the services yet rendered of the remaining months they haven’t even serviced yet just beware
EDIT2: had to call the billing department AGAIN i was told Monday i would be getting refunded that $99 i was charged turns out i was lied to because i was told by a different person in billing that I WAS NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY she was confused as to why i was even told i would be getting a refund i will be filing a complaint to BBB today we cant afford this $198 bi-monthly or $99 monthly it was not planned for and we are dealing with heart transplant so budgeting is a must EDIT: we moved and the land lord took care of pest ... read more
