This was the most disappointing pest control service I’ve used: overpriced, unprofessional, ineffective, and dishonest in charging for services never rendered after my contract ended.
This was the first time using them and I can say, I'm am very pleased with the signup and first service. Max was friendly and informative about the company and their services when he signed us up. Jesse, the technician, was friendly and did a great job covering the entire yard and clearing the wasps nets we had on the second floor. Glad we switched.
Worst Pest control company ever! Buyer beware!
the worst pest control company ever. Bugs only got worse, I strongly suspect they are spraying water not bug spray. then they charged me as if they came and sprayed again but no one ever came to my house. I even checked days before and after but found nothing. it cost me $300 to end my dealings with them. Essentially I think I paid $300 to have a guy sprinkle water around my house. what a rip off. crooks through and through.
The contract claimed initial service to be valued at $500 but became $69 after the “discount”, $120 bimonthly thereafter. If service is cancelled within 18 months must pay the difference of $431. Financial intimidation to retain customers regardless of service quality. DO NOT USE. Termite monitors are not actually checked. Termite service is not included in monthly bills. When trying to cancel your service with them, they will automatically ding your credit card for an additional 2 months. Then, they’ll tell you the charges are for services rendered - I guess that’s for the monitoring stations that haven’t been monitored in 5 years. I took care of wasp nests myself. This company is NOT ACCREDITED with the BBB https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/buda/profile/pest-control/white-knight-pest-control-0825-90011408 Look them up on the site for yourselves. The sales people lie, and get you to sign a document that THEY THEMSELVES violate!! The contract that you actually sign (the only document that actually stands up in court) will show 12 months with a set number.
