RESPONSE TO OWNER: Nice try with the generic 'Texas has bugs' script. My home is a BRAND NEW BUILD that has been serviced by you since the day the foundation was poured. If there are termites, it's because your '20 years of experience' failed to protect a new house you've been paid to service since day one. Furthermore, your tech didn't do a 'thorough inspection'; he checked bait stations—which is maintenance, not a diagnostic WDI check. When Jayson was finished, he came to door and went over everything that he did. I didn't even know he was here. Like a Ninja........but happy White Knight exists. Never had this kind of customer service from a Pest Control co.
Efrain was great. He explained everything he was going to do. Knowledgeable. Great in the field customer service. Friendly. Made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. And who to contact if I did. And he was early which worked out perfectly.
