I am really distressed by the experience with White knight agents. They adopt a fraudulent conduct when it comes to returning the bond. I was harassed to vacate the house by constant calls and messages before my lease ended. Now, they are refusing to return my bond and a week rent. It is really stressful to see your hard earned money being wasted.
This is the worst real estate experience I have ever had. White Knight Real Estate is completely fraudulent and unprofessional. They gave me a house that was filthy with uncut grass, yet still charged the full rent from day one. But the most frustrating part was the end. I returned the house spotless, without a single damage. Really distressing conduct of the staff. Got a house for my family and was asked to vacate my house prior to the end of lease. It has been three months that they are not returning my bond and don’t answer any call and messages. When I go to the office they say your agent is on leave. May god ask you for your deeds.
