Had a cat get stuck in a room and tore up the carpet, they repaired it quickly and their staff was friendly. 4 out of 5 stars just for their minimum charge is 60 more than others but quality of work might be the reason.
Results that last! We have had various companies come out to clean our carpets but found that most just steamed the carpets or did some version that made them look fantastic while the company was here, but looked worse once dry or after about a month. White Knight did our entire house except our basement early June 2025 and it is late July 2025 and they still look incredible. The carpets turned out great after Jackson and Quincey cleaned them! They were on-time, professional and courteous. And they paid close attention to detail. They explained about the cleaning and gave instructions for afterwards. This was and easy process from the first call to the company, to the home visit for an estimate, and the cleaning process. Everything was fast, efficient and stressfree.
Just had White Knight come out to repair and clean carpets today. The job wasn't quite what they expected, when quoting, so they reduced the price by $100. Who does that?! It's wonderful to work with such a honest and fabulous company. Love their entire team! I'm recommending you and your company to all my friends. Thank you, White Knight!
