They should be a 5.0 Star place!!! When I first walked in, I was in shock!!! I’ve NEVER SEEN A DENTIST LOOK THIS AMAZING!!! THE WALLS AND FLOOR WERE MARBLE, THEY HAD BIG SEA CREATURES ON THE CEILING, LOTS OF TOYS TO PLAY WITH AND A TV TO WATCH. THE LADY AT THE DESK WAS SUPER SWEET WHEN I WALKED IN, SHE ALSO HELPED ME FIND THE WIFI & THE PASSWORD ‼️‼️ WE ONLY WAITED ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE WE WERE SEEN, IT WAS SO FAST!!!! My daughter has a gene mutation which causes a lot of dental issues and visits. Everyone here is very sweet, thorough, caring, and nice to my daughter and me. The place is clean and has a lot of toys, books, and can’t forget the awesome prize machines. My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist here and the bean bag chair in the waiting room lol. My son (9) absolutely loves going to this office. Even with the change in name and the new providers and staff, it is still excellent. We've been pleased at every visit. The staff is extra kind and make everything easy.
I had an excellent experience at Lume today. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to the dental assistant, Daniella (I believe that was her name),who made my child’s visit so comfortable and positive. She was patient, kind, and really helped keep my kid at ease throughout the appointment. Thank you again to everyone at Lume.
Took my son here for his first visit at 20 months old, and left completely satisfied and excited for his dental care journey with Lume! They worked with our Medicaid plan which I appreciate so much. The waiting area was comfortable and inviting, and we LOVE the open concept dental area in the back. Dr Farrow gave us so much confidence in our son's care, and we appreciate the education as well!! Praise God for this dental practice, and thank you for being so wonderful!
