Everyone was very nice and professional
Edit: dentist was still per our first visit but their front desk staff needs more customer service training. After today's experience ive chosen to take my kids else where. Why ask for secondary contacts if youre not going to use it then cancel the appointments with out communicating said cancelation. Husband and I both work full time jobs which is why secondary contacts are provided because if one doesnt answer the other will! And by the time we get off you are closed.. do better!
