I’ve used the Jacksonville office for my boys for several years. This time there was a lack of empathy for my oldest and we were not informed that our insurance was now not in network. We were charged for a cleaning, a service that normally was covered in full because of a lack of communication.
Jacksonville office = 10/10 Huge shout out to Dr. Hayes , Katie , and Cheryl out of Jax office. My son had a tough procedure & katie was able to ensure we were seen immediately , fabulous bed side manner & calmed this mamma down with lots of hugs and genuine caring spirit. Dr Hayes is amazing with kids and nurturing yet transparent and to point to get the job done! Ms Cheryl at the front desk was kind on several occasions, personable and overall very helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this dentist office. I took my daughter in for a clean up and x rays. The dentist was very thorough in explaining on what she needed to be done as well as her treatment plan. She was able to get a few fillings she needed. The wait time was little to nothing. I would highly recommend this place.
This is our 5th year of service. We never get charged for a general check-up with our insurance. Not even in April but now they charge me. My kid has special needs and loves this place but I’m depressed and very disappointed. I called the insurance and was told that it was because they charged an unreasonable price. My daughter has a sensory processing disorder so she is 5 and it was her very first time going to the dentist! They were amazing with her talked her through each process showed her the tools. She sat through her cleaning no problem had the dentist check all her teeth no problem. She was awarded coins to use in the prize vending machines. Overall great experience! She is also 100% cavity free! Highly recommend
