Although I really like Dr. White, he needs to get some better trained office staff. Rude and unproffesional!!!!!
I also really like Dr. White but, Coalinga office needs some serious changes! I was told I had paid the total for my glasses, I then received a bill for \$30.00! It was dated April 10th and stated my bill was 120 days overdue and I needed to contact their office by May10th. I looked at the postmark on the letter and it says May11Th! Don t feel I should have to pay for ingnorance.
