We used Mr. White for the study on a Family Entertainment Center and Ice Rink in Colorado. We found the company to be professional and accurate with their projections. Now, after the facility is open and operating, their projections were dead on. They are used to working with all sorts of clients wanting to open recreation type of businesses and can sort out the ones who don't have a chance...saving them a lot of heart ache and money. I highly recommend WHLLG if you are serious about starting an entertainment business.
The CEO is rude and unprofessional. After my first interaction with him, I was left wondering how he has stayed in business so long if this is the way he treats all potential clients. He made criticisms and judgements about the business idea and, especially, the location although I had expressed that I was not interested in anyone's opinion, but actual data.
