Can’t believe they are still in business! - I didn't want to believe the negative reviews, but they were mostly accurate. A simple carburetor replacement turned into a very unpleasant encounter with an employee named James with the emotional intelligence of a caveman. I was clearly told what the original timeline and cost for fixing was and that was agreed upon. DISHONESTY.....After 5 days I called to check for a status to see how much longer before they have my 2 chainsaws fixed. Taylor told me that will take another week for them to replace the rotten fuel lines, filters ,prime bulbs and carburetors. I had replaced myself the fuel lines, filters and prime bulbs before I brought them to them. They lied about saying that the fuel lines were rotten since I replace them with brand new ones. Hello I am aware of Mr. **** complaint he asked us to look at his saw for repair after he replaced the fuel lines in his saw and it still wouldn't start. He was told by one of the co- owners that it would be around 2 weeks for repair. when we diagnosed the saws we found they haven't been used in a while and the customer had replaced the easy top fuel lines that connect to the carb. but not the more difficult one that goes into the tank.
