Our mini goldendoodle puppy Augie did wonderfully at White House Kennel. Amanda kept him in the house with her most of the time with a couple other puppies, which really helped with his separation anxiety. When we picked him up 10 days later he was happy and exhausted! Amanda also sent me pictures of Augie, which helped my own separation anxiety :) It was worth the 30 minute drive from the city to bring him here. I've had my boy at this kennel several times. My husband and I are always pleased with how well they take care of him, especially because most places won't except him at all. Not White House Kennel! They are a wonderful place for pup's to go, big & small or w/special needs! I will always bring my dog's here & I highly recommend them to any dog owner. It's a kennel w/heart of gold & they won't take all your dough $.
It is not as slick as Kennelwood or marketed as well, DOGS DONT CARE. The kennels are older the interior of the them is very sturdy and clean but paint is worn, DOGS DONT CARE. The young lady Amanda who operates the kennel seems to put the dogs ahead of herself and really seems to loves the animals. A little discussion regarding animal care and she was obviously well very experienced seemingly to the point of formal education. We've taken our dogs here for several years. I always know my dogs will be well cared for, which allows me to have a worry-free vacation!
We love White House Kennel Duke and Cricket have been coming here for at least 4 yrs. Amanda has always taken great care of my babies!!!
