Too slow response, poor communication
Mr. Lawrence was my business landlord for about 12 years. During that time we had no problem and that’s probably because I was paying him. Fast forward, Hurricane Ida happened and destroyed the roof on part of the building. Mr. Lawrence was aware of this because it is his building. He didn’t make arrangements asap to save the front or any area that may have been good to repair .
