I shopped in the Thousand Oaks, California store. The customer service was excellent. I want to give a big shout out to Maria Christina. She was so helpful. I have searched several other stores in the mall, but Maria Christina helped me find two blouses and they fit me perfectly. I have a party to attend and I will feel like a million dollars. Thank you so much Maria.
I'll be honest, I have no need for women's clothes. My girlfriend wanted to stop in, and I was enamored by the mannequins. Every single one in the store was posed intentionally, with so much attitude and expression, it absolutely cracked me up. But that's a good sign, right? This location has a beautiful selection of jewelry, and they often have great sales going on, which makes it a nice spot to browse for deals. I always enjoy checking out their tops and dresses too—they have some really stylish pieces. Since there aren’t many Black and White stores around anymore, I make it a point to stop by whenever I’m in the area. I did not feel welcome at this store. The whole time looking around the store I felt someone watching me and top it off the manager & the associate we’re giving us a weird eye stare. I felt very uncomfortable being there that we were only there for 3 minutes. This company must train their employees on customer service skills or hiring new employees with the right skills.
