Great customer service
I've had many great experiences shopping for my adult daughters at this store. Laura S. is so knowledgable, and makes the whole shopping experience fun and easy. Her customer service and cheerful attitude are second to none. I recently told one of my friends to come here as he was looking for a gift for his wife, and he also had the same positive experience.
Went in to buy a dress and dealt with a super rude associate named Laura. Made my entire experience incredibly disappointing. Very snippy and crass. Would avoid completely.
