Best shopping experience ever! I was promptly greeted by friendly ladies who took of my needs graciously. After a week of shopping everywhere else(no luck) and being completely ignored in other stores, I walked out of here with perfect dress in hand(in only 30minutes). They had plenty to choose from in my odd size and were SO NICE. You have a customer for life!!!!
This is my fav WHBM store. I live two hours away and I can call and a helpful sales person will text me pictures of articles of clothing, talk me through fit options on the phone, and apply all my coupons with free shipping. I get my package with a hand-written thank you note in the mail. Customer service at its finest. I teach customer service and have for 14 years. This place has it down. Off the charts most helpful store! Highly recommend!!!!
