I had a very disappointing experience dealing with the owner, Jan Schuster, while inquiring about hosting a future event. From the beginning, there was no formal process in place no written contract, no detailed event breakdown, and no clear pricing structure. An absolutely amazing venue! So cute and chic and the staff members are so helpful and hard working. The DJ keeps the night moving smoothly and keeps it family friendly with such a fun and eclectic playlist. The food was so good. I highly recommend this location! The only things I would add are: a water feature of some sort by the grass area where the ceremony happens to deaden the road noise a little bit and a row of greenery (pictured) to give the ceremony some privacy. Check them out. Such a great experience.
Jan is unprofessional, unclear communication and horrific customer service. Multiple people fell into the water fountain that's unmarked in the middle of the floor. The staff was nice and the venue was cute but anything to do with Jan is a hard no. It was hell working with her.
