This was my first apartment I still have nightmares of this place with ghosts haunting me. 15 years later. I can assure you it's definitely haunted not by one but by many. It's a recurring nightmare. Renterbeware. My neighbor also unexpectedly died on the third floor and wasn't found for weeks. Such a creepy place especially the caged elevator!

New management is an exceptionally unprofessional nightmare. The landlord entered my apartment without notice while I was gone. After making promises for repairs, the landlord rarely followed up. My water was turned off 3 times within one week without notice, and with loud construction carrying on hours past 8pm. There was sediment in my bathroom water that was never properly addressed. former resident - oven never worked, tore my carpet out while i was living there and never replaced it, then they told me it wanted a working oven and carpet I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. My ceiling in my bathroom got wet and caved in and it was never fixed. Also in case you are interested it is registered as being haunted.
