Purchased a brand new 2024 leftover from White Horse RV in March of 2025 and it’s already falling apart. Numerous calls to request them to come out to our seasonal site to fix the issues, they refuse to send someone out. Even when you pay tens of thousands of dollars with them out of pocket and they won’t stand by their products enough to make it right. My wife and I purchased a jayco tt from white horse and the entire experience was quick, painless and just easy. The whole staff was polite, helpful and easy to deal with from Kevin in sales, the few gentleman in the yard looking over our trade and helping with our new camper, the woman who did the walk-thru with our new tt, sorry i cant remember everyones name, Maria in finance, even the couple other women we emailed alone the way.
