I am sitting at the North Charleston SC location, which used to be a Cactus Carwash, and I am very disappointed in everything so far. Been sitting in their reception area for almost 30 minutes now and they just sent our truck thru the wash, after it sat in the carwash for 5 minutes with soap on it while the wash was shut down. Very few people working outside in the different interior car lanes. Won't come back here again
