I visited for a mani-pedi and left feeling rushed and underwhelmed. The salon was loud, chaotic, and far from relaxing, with over-the-top Halloween decorations covering the entire space, which clashed with the expected calm atmosphere. I booked with technicians named “A” and Liam for my pedicure, but neither was assigned to me, and no explanation was given.
