One of the worst handled property management companies I’ve dealt with. This is what I moved into. To this day, all of these details haven’t been fixed. Have had so many issues with the home itself. AC is a constant yearly problem when it comes to cooling. The constant follow up on servicing this unit is absurd. Oh and rent is being raised to $1615 a month for this load of crap. DO NOT MOVE WITHOUT HAVING THEM FIX THESE ISSUES FIRST! IT IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT!
BEWARE of moving here. We moved in last month. We pushed the move in date as far as we could so we could give them plenty of time to get the unit ready. From the start it was hard to communicate with the leasing manager Darian . I would send her emails and she wouldn’t reply. Even on move in date she was hesitant to give us the key.
