First, I can't give you any last names because the employees refused to give last names and there was no order i.d. # given, either. The company was supposed to call 48hrs before pick up and did not. They called me to tell me they couldn't pick up from the agreed upon location because their transport wouldn't fit down my street (semis come down my street all the time).
