I love Dr.Hartman and her staff. They make time for your animal even when their schedule is hectic. Their office is always clean, they are always happy to see you. They treat you like family. I've never had a bad experience and Dr.Hartman does everything she can for your loved pet and she explains the situation and what she thinks is best. She cares for your animal as if he/she is her own. She will be the only vet I will take my beloved dog to.
Five stars goes out to the Whitehall Animal Clinic for taking care of our family guinea pigs Daisy and Dixie, they are an amazing staff and soo friendly when you arrive. They sure make you feel welcome! Thank you for all that you all do!!
I have had pets all my life and we've seen a lot of doctors, but Dr. Hartman is THE BEST! She has a beautiful, loving spirit and always takes time to explain what's going on and what needs to be done. She's seen us at our best and at our worst and she's always a calm presence, which is very helpful as I tend to be a "helicopter mom". She has a wonderful staff. We just had our first visit and are so pleased. The facility is so inviting. It's all geared toward making the animals comfortable. We look forward to continuing the relationship between our dogs and the staff. Dr. Hartman is awesome!
Beat place you could ever take your animal too. They make you feel like family there. And I wouldn't take "my kids" anywhere else.
Thank you White Hall Animal Clinic for helping my ferret live a long and happy life! You saved my ferret so many times, and we truly appreciate everything that you did to help us! Dr. Hartman is an amazing Veterinarian who was always willing to give useful advice and spend time thoroughly researching my ferret's health problems! By her efforts, my ferret was able to survive for years with sicknesses that generally kill a ferret quickly. For that, and everything that you have done for us, we thank you for your efforts!
