Outstanding hash brown potatoes. an excellent eggs benedict and very good self service coffee while you wait for your table. Be prepared to wait for breakfast on the weekends, but it's worth it.
We had breakfast in the mid afternoon. It was crowded, but we were seated immediately and the food was brought out very quickly. It was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back for lunch or dinner.
We were there in February several years ago. We stayed in the main Lodge in what was called Dr. Welker's suite, as I remember it. It had a big, white canopy bed and navy blue, vintage wallpaper. It was a pretty room. Fish Creek is beautiful in winter, quiet and has few tourists. All decorated for Valentine's. Our table was in front of the fireplace. The White Gull Inn has amazing food! The staff are incredible, attentive, and accommodating!
Pat was a great chef, our waitress fillet the fish to perfection and the cherry pie ala mode was amazing!
Stuffed French Toast and their coffee cake are the best. Very quaint place with nice service!
