My daughter had her braces off July 2018. It’s February and we are two sets of defective retainers behind us. We go today to pick up her old school acrylic retainers that I had asked for from the beginning and they made them wrong so now we have to go back again later this week. I left work early for this appointment and everything. They gave my daughter a Chik Fil A gift card for MY trouble. My other daughter will NOT be getting her braces here!
Dr. McCullum and her staff are amazing! They are always on time and super friendly! They have made my orthodontic experience as smooth and painless as possible.. Best practice in Louisville hands down!!

Always fast and friendly. Our daughter came here years ago when it was Haskell’s and we decided to come back with our son and I’m glad we did. They both had to have orthognatic appliances for overbite and braces. They have incentives for your kids and the staff work well with them.
We love it here! They treat my son with great care and he doesn’t mind going at all. Monica is the best!
