Worst service. I went in to get a knife engraved. They wanted to charge me $100 for just a few words. They ended up charging me $50 but today when I went to pick it up the engraving was on the wrong side. You can’t even tell the knife is engraved when open unless you look at the back side. Bought a ring there and he sold it to me as sterling silver. I noticed my finger started turning green so I went and had the ring tested. I was told that the ring wasn’t sterling silver or even sterling silver plated, and that it was just a metal ring. Couldn’t even return it because I was told there is no returns accepted per policy. Also I would like to note that the receipt stated it was sterling silver.
