This set of individuals are very dishonest. After my purchase, I took the what was supposed to be a real gold (not filled or plated) 10k gold Miami Cuban link chain to two different stores and they were not able to confirm that the jewelry was real. Worst service. I went in to get a knife engraved. They wanted to charge me $100 for just a few words. They ended up charging me $50 but today when I went to pick it up the engraving was on the wrong side. You can’t even tell the knife is engraved when open unless you look at the back side. She also said she shouldn’t give it back to me without my ticket. I told her first of all it’s my knife, how is she not going to give it back to me. Bought a ring there and he sold it to me as sterling silver. I noticed my finger started turning green so I went and had the ring tested. I was told that the ring wasn’t sterling silver or even sterling silver plated, and that it was just a metal ring. Couldn’t even return it because I was told there is no returns accepted per policy. Also I would like to note that the receipt stated it was sterling silver.
