ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Please don’t rent from them. Horrible service takes forever for maintenance, not reliable. Rental property was damaged and dirty before we moved in. Moved in and the carpet had fleas. Raised rent $300 with 2 month notice. Maintenance takes forever.
My grandparents used them to manage their properties and the complete lack of professionalism is appalling. They don’t respond to messages, don’t keep you updated on anything, will let tenants live rent free for months even though you told them to start eviction proceedings, perform unauthorized repairs and just make decisions without letting you in on any of them. Would NOT recommend.
Horrible service we were told our toilet would be fixed in 2 days because the plumber didnt have the tool. We called WG onbday 3 and we're told we would get a call back. It's been 4 days so we called again and now we're being told he doesn't have the right part and we will have to wait another 4 days to get the toilet fixed. The plumber left the toilet detached. Bathroom smells like sewage.
