Worst company in Lawton. I would not recommend anyone to them
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Seriously, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Nothing more than slumlords. Do not use these people to find a home. They take forever to repair and rent out dilapidated homes. Yes, I have photos and proof of it all. Took over 9 days to repair the hot water tank in the winter time. NO HOT WATER, was told to boil water on the stove and carry it to the bathtub. The sewer lines needs to be replaced in the yard, you have raw sewage backing up in the house, half the appliances don't work, bla... read more
Highly recommend going somewhere else for renting. As many others, we were left with a bunch of issues and extra payments due to their lack of communication, despite calls and emails reaching out to them. Communication doesn’t just lack in this company, it is non existent.
Worse place for property management. No respond , no payment. Holding the rent for no reason. If I could give them 0 star I could.
