Ben and his son were amazing! Came to my rescue when inches of water was pouring into my basement from all this rain. Truly grateful to have someone now who can repair all the problems other plumbers created.It's been a long time trying to find someone who I feel is trustworthy, reasonable and knowledgable. Yeah Me!!!
Very positive experience. Returned Irish call promptly and was able to get over the next day. Ben was extremely professional and took every precaution to keep safe distance With mask, gloves, etc. very quick and quality work for a fair price. Highly recommend!
Ben at white glove has given me outstanding service !!!! His work passed all inspections from the Town of Oyster Bay - Everything was up to code. He cleaned up after his jobs were done. He was always on time. Very thorough in his work ! Great Job Ben !!!!
I called Ben to fix a few issues at my home and he was prompt, courteous, and honest. Did the job that was needed and didn't try to upsell me. Cleaned up after himself and left my home tidy. Also called him for an emergency leak in the ceiling and he came quickly and diagnosed the problem and fixed everything within 15 minutes. Can't recommend Ben enough, best plumber I've had come to my home.
Ben has done a very good job each time I've contacted him. Each time, he has fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up after himself, and worn shoe covers to not track dirt all over the house, which we really appreciate. The first time, we had a leak in one of our pipes that Ben was able to cut out the faulty portion and weld in a replacement. We have not had any problems with this since.
