Apparently the 10 people waiting in line can wear masks but not the employee. Pretty bad attitude as well. Clearly other people reported this over the past few months and the company doesn't care.
Refused to wear a mask, even when I told her I was immunocompromised. Told me masks don't do anything and she does not believe in them. Very rude. Drive further out to another facility if you need to.
Huntingtown location office refuses to utilize masks to protect customers. No one should be sending their new hires here at this point and forcing them to interact in this scenario. I hope companies will find other options for screenings.
Poor customer service. Be careful with your personal information with this business.
