Good service Good service. Job well done. Car is always cleaned thoroughly. There is usually a wait to get the car washed - but once inside - it moves quickly. They do have other services such as detailing.
Mike (if that’s even his name… the guy with face tattoos and piercings at Maple Shade) clearly never learned how to talk to other people and I’m assuming that’s why he’s most likely a convicted felon. On my first trip to this car wash after joining the monthly membership program “Mike” decided to start cursing at me when I “wasn’t moving fast enough” for his liking. the worse car wash I ever had spent over 50.00 for elite service and hand wax I should of just threw the money out the window as I drove by NEVER AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!! going home to do it myself what I should of done in the first place

Why do I even bother paying for anything other than the basic car wash. Paid $21.75 for the full service ultimate selection. I would think the basics would have been covered. Still pretty dirty. Pics in comments.
Machine broke my left front headlight. Initially they were very sorry and asked me to get an estimate. When I took them the estimate I spoke to owner (Kenny) and he now refuses to accept responsibility. I've used this car wash for years without any problems. They always do a good job cleaning car. But now they just say:" So...sue us! " Won't be going back and I'll be sharing this experience far and wide. I'll see Kenny next in Court.
My car is a virtual mess. It's my office on wheels, Everytime I go they make it look like it did when I left the Lexus Showroom. They are always willing to do anything you ask.
