The service staff deserves 5 stars since their service is always impeccable, but the sale side of the store… Have you ever seen a price online, went to the place to buy and they tell you that “we don’t have a price for this item” ? Yeah, me neither. We saw a truck online, went for a test drive and when we came back to the office, the salesman told us that he didn’t have a price on the truck because they were going to change tires and replace windshield. Our appointment time was honored, the waiting area clean and inviting, and we were greeted like friends when we walked in the door. It’s an exceptional experience to go for a simple service call and have it not be an all day thing at a dealership.
