Worst customer service ever! They don't do what they say they are going to do. Shipments delayed with no notice, order "cancellations" not actually cancelled, emails and phone calls unreturned for weeks. Still not resolved -- even after 6 attempts. What a waste of money and my time. Stay away!

Do NOT order from White Flower Farm... we purchased over $1000 worth of plants for our tree pits and window boxes. They delivered to us the world's smallest coleus! 50% of those planted within days of arrival have perished and now 4 weeks later the plants remain less than 3 to 4 inches tall!!! Can you imagine? The weather and soil conditions would have to be PERFECT for such tiny plants to thrive! the plants came in enough cardboard to build a house. I think we paid as much for the packaging as the plants. They are not dependable. I ordered a flower grouping two weeks before I needed it. I was promised delivery two weeks later as an anniversary gift for my wife. I received confirmation from UPS that the order was prepared for pickup. But never was ready. I waited the third week and still no messages. I called and was told they were busy. First I heard from them. They had taken my money. I asked for a refund of my $77.00. They said they would refund my money. That was a week ago and still no refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM.
