I ordered an arrangement through Teleflora. The website advertised the beautiful arrangement on the right with the mahogany basket. My employee received NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!!! Is stating substitutions allowed...another way of stating we can give you cracker Jack's instead of kettle corn, or give you a cheap looking basket and drop it in a large piece of cellophane with a cheap looking bow.
