I am very disappointed with Alison. I have tried to make an appointment two prior times and both times she has had something come up and canceled on me. I understand that things come up. I finally got in for my appointment on the third try, scheduled for 12. I arrived early and I waited until 12:30 to ask how much longer I had to wait. She completely lost track of time and told me she’d have to reschedule me for two days from now. My birthday is tomorrow so I declined. Alison came very recommended to me. Sooooo disappointed.

This is my first bad Google review ever. I asked for a full color, FULL highlight, and cut. Paid for all that. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and it's not even close! Once I got home, i realized how little highlights there were and not even very blonde. Two days later, I asked her to add more highlights and she said for $30 more!! That I just decided on more highlights and it was nothing she did wrong. She also didnt cut my bangs to my cheek bones like I asked but I didnt even mention that. Alison is the greatest hair stylist I've ever had. I have curly hair so I'm very picky about who gets to work on it. I wanted to dye my hair but Alison was kind enough to warn me that it would kill my curls. She could've let me do it to earn the money but she put my welfare first. I left her chair with a beautiful haircut. I'll be going to her for as long as I can.
