I had a skin care emergency after leaving contact dermatitis untreated way too long! White elm got me in , same day and within a week my skin was back to normal. Rachel gave me the education and products I needed to fix my painful and embarrassing skin situation ! I am so so thankful I saw Rachel when I did and will continue to see her for ongoing skin care needs .
Rachel is incredibly smart and knowledgeable, clearly very well-educated and experienced, but also super down to earth and compassionate. I had my first skin examination today after years of tanning bed use in the early 2000s. I was very nervous about my appointment but she was immediately welcoming and reassuring and put me at ease. The exam was thorough and painless. The building was easy to find and had plenty of parking. I would recommend White Elm wholeheartedly and I am looking forward to my annual visit next year.
Rachel is super sweet and really knowledgeable. She spends time with you to figure out the best option for your situation. She tells you exactly what will happen and when you can expect results and how you will hear from her depending upon what the results are and then she follows through and does exactly what she says she will do. Appointment scheduling is very easy and she can get you in quickly, which is amazing compared to larger dermatology practices.
Rachel is amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone with dermatology needs. She even accommodated me last minute for a concern I had. It was my first time meeting her and visiting her office, and she immediately made me feel so comfortable and welcomed.
