Have been home a week and miss Lake Vermilion already. The people at White Eagle were great, very friendly and helpful. Other vacationers were very nice as well. One of the better visits we've had in this area. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The Merganser had the best view from a bed we have ever had; it will be missed!
Our second time up here and we are booking for next October. Greatest cabins on earth. The Lantrys are top notch owners and care about their customers. We appreciate their hospitality.
We had a fabulous time and will be back next year. We were even visited by the owners cat and dog, very well behaved. If you do not have kids the Raven cabin is the way to go, it is pretty much by itself, spacious, own dock to tie up to or just fish from the dock. Great place to watch the day go by and the view is amazing.
This is one of the nicest resorts I've stayed at. It is deep in the woods, on a gorgeous lake, yet it is well-appointed, very comfortable, with *immaculate* cabins. Luxury in the north woods! Awesome.
We had a wonderful week at White Eagle Resort. Ranae, Anne and Tom were great hosts and Mike was a great fishing guide. Looking so forward to many future years at White Eagle Resort.
