For the most part I had a great experience. The girl I worked with was super helpful and I liked that the whole shop was reserved for me. I ended up purchasing my dress there for a great price. Only issue I had was that I specifically asked if there was anything wrong with it (since it was a sample) and was told no. When I took it to the woman doing the alterations for me she noticed that part of the netting and some of the beads on the back were missing. Roth is literally the best, and showed up with great energy and really helped make my sister feel amazing. Love the pursuit to make people happy, and of course the dress is perfect. Also enjoyed Roth’s listening skills, and call to action when switching directions with dresses. I can not say enough positive words!

HOLY SMOKES, what amazing people. I am astounded. This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. I was in a very bad situation with another dress store. When I called, the lady was quick to get me in (same day). I was able to resolve my issue but decided to still go in so I could explore the store. Please excuse the length but I wanted to cover all the bases. I had been on the dress hunt since November in a search that spanned several states. As a result, I was jaded because I am very picky and couldn't find the perfect gown for me. I drove 2 1/2 hours to Columbus from Cleveland to continue the search and I am so glad I did!
