This place is a gem! I recently visited again for the first time in a while and I'm always impressed. The staff are always incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are genuinely interested in helping me find what I need and offer knowledgeable advice. It's refreshing to shop in a place where everyone is so approachable and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend checking them out for your natural medicine needs!

I have been a customer over 6-7 years + REFERRED SOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE + I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREETED BY NAME and have given a 5-STAR RATING before!!! I’m so very disappointed as customer service from CHELSEA was surprisingly rude!! She informed me that they are able to break a kilo down a certain way & anything outside of that there is a bagging fee I said there’s nothing on the card with the break down that says a $5 bagging fee & asked why wouldn’t you guys have that posted? Best kratom vendor in town, hands down. I’m not sure about the hemp products, but they are pricey here. I’d recommend Delta8Austin for any hemp products, but bar none, White Dragon is where to get very high quality kratom at very very reasonable prices. Edit 05/01/25- the lady working the counter @ 2pm is very nice and helpful!!! STILL THE BEST KRATOM PRICES, SELECTION, AND QUALITY ANYWHERE!!!

I've been going here for a few years to buy my supplies and the staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people. I've even bought quite a few pieces of silver to add to my collection from their silver business. They have an excellent rewards program that I have yet to see matched anywhere.
