This place is a gem! I recently visited again for the first time in a while and I'm always impressed. The staff are always incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are genuinely interested in helping me find what I need and offer knowledgeable advice. It's refreshing to shop in a place where everyone is so approachable and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend checking them out for your natural medicine needs!

I have been a customer over 6-7 years + REFERRED SOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE + I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREETED BY NAME and have given a 5-STAR RATING before!!! I’m so very disappointed as customer service from CHELSEA was surprisingly rude!! She informed me that they are able to break a kilo down a certain way & anything outside of that there is a bagging fee I said there’s nothing on the card with the break down that says a $5 bagging fee & asked why wouldn’t you guys have that posted? I've been going here for a few years to buy my supplies and the staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people. I've even bought quite a few pieces of silver to add to my collection from their silver business. They have an excellent rewards program that I have yet to see matched anywhere.
