This place is so unprofessional. Had to make a appointment to retrieve my son's body from the hospital. The first appointment was 11 days after he passed. I was advised I needed to fill our forms online, but only at the appointment time. I called because I never received them. Now it's been over 3 hours and no word. I finally went with a different establishment.
First and foremost I would like to give a special thanks to our arranger Ernesto! Ernesto made this experience very smooth despite me being unorganized and all over the place. They were very understanding and showed lots of empathy. I am forever thankful for having Ernesto to help out with our situation. Carlos also was very amazing!
