Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? My entire family members have been with Dr. Silbar for over 18 years and all of us have been well treated anytime from the annual checks to emergency situations. Most of the staffs have been very polite and friendly, flexible for making quick appointments, prescription refill, etc. Dr. Silbar stays with me listening to what I tell patiently during the appointment, and I sometimes worry that he may spend too much time to see other patients.
