So disrespectful and every one working there has no clue what they are doing especially the big one with black hair (except the professional April) DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. MY GIRLFRIEND CUTS MY HAIR BETTER!
Dont ask for bangs they will tell u that you have a cowlick then refuse to cut them after asking them so many times, then i went to an actual professional afterwards and got exactly what i wanted. Which they failed to do.
I had a horrible experience with this salon. I went in for a for highlights and a trim. I showed the stylist a picture of what i would like taken from her own Instagram! I wanted bright blonde highlights and somehow, I ended up with completely brown hair. And not only that but I asked for a trim and she took many inches off. I wanted to cry when I saw myself. This was my first hair appointment after having my son and it turned into a nightmare. I definitely will never set foot in there again.
