Very little help and dyed red haired female rather rude and pretentious. She was no help telling me what needed to be done re my refund, in fact quite pretentiously told me I couldn’t sign on the computer. Maybe she could be told how to treat someone as a person.

I had an unexpected injury and required aids. Whitecross went out of their way to help with reasonably priced priority delivery. Tha sales rep and delivery guy were also kind, professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend this business and its great to know when accidents happen, amazing people at Whitecross are there to help..Outstanding service

I organised for a carer to take me to your business and I had checked with your website to make sure that you would be open but when we got there everything was locked up. I had to pay a lot of money for the carer and I was very upset that you couldn’t even bother to put a note on the website saying that you would be closed. It’s not easy being disabled and the inconvenient fact that I made the trip in to get fitted for the new walker. Bitterly disappointed. Martin.
