Don't return phone calls, deliver what they want not what was ordered then proceed to say ,:you said you couldn't afford it" lies lies lies. They just wanted to off load another chair not the one requested from floor stock..no I didn't want the add ons no couldn't afford what wasn't necessary nor warranted

We needed a power chair for our elderly mother. White Cross staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Special thanks to Tim, who volunteered to measure, transport, re-assemble and install the chair for us. We’re very happy with it.

Recently I hired a 4 wheel walker from Whitecross for my elderly Mum who is living in an aged care residence and she recently had a brief acute illness requiring the ongoing use of such. After ~5-6 weeks of hiring(@ $20/wk) I asked Whitecross for a cost to buy the walker outright. They replied yesterday quoting such a minimal amount that I was both surprised and delighted.
