Very little help and dyed red haired female rather rude and pretentious. She was no help telling me what needed to be done re my refund, in fact quite pretentiously told me I couldn’t sign on the computer. Maybe she could be told how to treat someone as a person.

Ive dealt with the business a few time over the years, ever since they were in the CBD, and have always had fantastic service. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and want what’s best for you. Their products have always satisfied me to the fullest without any problems.
