Extremely unprofessional Surgeon/Dr and Reception. First off we had to return multiple times as they were always running almost two hours late and would never give you an estimate on how long he is going to be/running behind. He is never on time so scheduling seems pointless and unprofessional. Stop overbooking and making people wait almost two hours after their BOOKED appointment. Last year I went to a walk-in clinic (not saying the name) for a lung infection and they were super unhelpful and told me to gargle with warm salt water. Next day it got worse so I came here and immediately the receptionists were super helpful and understanding. I was there for less than 30 minutes before I got called in which is amazing time for walk-in clinics and hospitals. They prescribed me Amoxicillin and I was out of there within an hour of arriving.
